Saturday 22nd July 10am - Sponsors / Life Members Morning Tea
The Clubs annual sponsors / Life Member morning tea from 10am. Players are asked to wear their singlets on this day and showcase our club during the day.

Thursday 27th July 6pm – Christmas in July Training & Dinner
This is a FULL club training session, commencing at 6pm, with a Christmas theme.
A Club dinner will follow with all players / partners / parents very welcome.

PRIZE FOR THE BEST ‘CHRISTMAS THEME’ DRESSED
On this night the Club will be launching our ‘Canned food for Charity’ It is a perfect opportunity for the Club to give back to the less fortunate families finding times tough.
Players are asked to provide a canned food product to donate to charity. Big shout out to Chelsea for her generous idea. 😊

Sunday 6th August – Sponsors / Life Member luncheon
With the introduction of our new youth / women’s football teams this year, the football club felt it was fitting to showcase this new initiative. The Clubs Annual Sponsors / Life Members day will be held prior to the Bunyip vs Morwell East match on Sunday 6th August.

Saturday 19th August – Wheel Barrow Raffle (major fundraiser)
Round 18 (last round) we will be running our ‘famous’ Wheel Barrow Raffle.
Juniors are asked to donate ‘party food’ – eg chips, biscuits, lollies, nuts, soft drink
Seniors are asked to donate $10 of alcohol beverages – eg beer, wine and feel free to pool your money for a ‘bottle’ of something.
This is a very popular raffle and will assist the club to continue to provide the best facilities possible.
Raffle tickets will be out soon.

Saturday 19th August – Senior Netball Vote Count
After the Cora Lyn match (last round) we will count the netball senior votes in the Clubrooms.
It will be a casual affair with platers, nibbles and BYO drinks. Let’s finish the season with a bang

Sunday 17th September – Junior Vote Count / Presentation Day
Junior vote count / presentation day will be held in the clubrooms. Details are yet to be finalized.

Friday 22nd September – Senior Netball, Football & Women’s Football Presentation Night
This year the Football & Netball Clubs will be holding their Senior Presentation Night at the Downtowner – Warragul. Details are still being finalized. Tickets will be available through both Clubs shortly.

As you can see it is a very busy time ahead so start planning now. There are some functions where parents & players may be asked to assist with catering, bar work etc. We have an awesome group of parents & players at our club and if we all stand together we can make these events / functions huge successes.
